The benefits of having a top quality CV are numerous ranging from psychological benefits as well as the obvious practical outcomes it provides.

Primary Option - 'Non-content change' CVs - £29

If you are happy with the content of your CV but you may want it 'fine-tuned', this is a straightforward service that will alter the presentation of your CV to maximise your chances of interview selection.

Silver Option - Email Support CV Option - £49

This service provides an email based support mechanism. This involves you emailing us your CV so that we can comment and make suggestions on your content and presentation of your CV - comments will be added onto the CV so you can then use them to start to perfect your CV. This service is available until the new CV is complete - this tends to be on average 7 emails worth of comments.

Gold Option - Telephone and Email Support Option - £69

One initial telephone conversation followed by the 'Silver Option' email service.

This service adds on the telephone service which involves an initial telephone call that will enable the consultant to get an even better feel of your current situation and where you are looking to go with your career. After this consultation the email support service starts as in the Silver service option above. (For users outside of the UK an additional charge may apply).

Cover letters

This can be a Generic Cover letter used for sending your CV to prospective employers or it could be a Cover letter used for responding to Adverts. The cost of the cover letters are £7.99 each.

CV distribution

This is proving to be an extremely popular service that works the opposite way to your standard recruitment agency. A recruitment agency will work on the basis of finding a job vacancy and then trying to find a candidate to fit that vacancy. This service seeks the right companies for you and the right contacts for you - through this process we very often find the right position for you as well.

We can search relevant target companies and distribute your CV - you may gain from interviews (Additional fee applies if you decide to attend an interview) and at the very least specific contacts for you to keep for future use.

A standard service would involve a consultant sourcing 10 relevant hiring managers for your targeted industry and sending them your CV - the standard charge for this amount of contacts is £150. You will gain these contacts for future use yourself and have the potential benefit of interviews.

If you decide to go on an interview as a result of this campaign an additional charges per interview applies:-

Psychometrics

Our most popular personality test is the EPP (The Eysenck Personality Profiler) for assessing personality - It provides a direct and objective view and unlike most of other personality tests, it is based on Theory. The personality questionnaire was designed by Prof. Eysenck. His work has received international acclaim in the field of personality. Use it for assessment of staff or to help with your own individual awareness of yourself. e.g. many people use this test to help them raise awareness about the type of career that most suits them.

The cost for administering your EPP profile is £49.

We administer tests tailored to exactly the sort of needs you need - whether you are looking to test your employees with Aptitude tests or you require more detailed personality tests like 'learning Styles'; Socialiability, interest in money tests etc we can help.

All consultants are qualified to a min of BPS Level A and B in Psychometrics and are qualified to Msc in Occupational Psychology.

Career Coaching

This a specialised service which helps raise awareness about careers that really suit you or anything related to work e.g. going for a promotion, a new project you want support with. Our career coaching is available at an hourly rate and is usually done over the phone.
